A Study on application of clinical path in peptic ulcer and type 2 diabetes patients
Huli yanjiu, 2004 [目的 ]通过将临床路径应用于消化性溃疡和 2型糖尿病病人的护理以探索其可行性。 [方法 ]随机将两种病人各分成对照组和实验组两组 ,对照组给予常规护理 ,实验组给予临床路径方法护理 ,观察两组间的住院天数、住院费用、医疗护理质量、病人满意度及自我管理能力有无差异。 [结果 ]实验组病人满意度、自我管理能力明显提高 （P 0 .0 5 ）。[结论 ]临床路径对于规范护理行为 ,提高护理质量、健康教育效果、病人满意度有临床意义 ,但在现有医疗保险制度下对缩短住院天数及减少住院费用无现实意义。
