Automated Diagnosis and Phenotyping of Tuberculosis Using Serum Metabolic Fingerprints
Advanced Science, Volume 11, Issue 39, October 23, 2024.This study presents a novel metabolomics approach for TB detection and phenotyping using an automated nanoparticle‐enhanced laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry platform. It identifies 14 biomarkers for TB diagnosis and 4 for phenotyping, constructing robust metabolic models achieving 97.8% and 85.7% AUC, respectively.
