发展心理学研究, 2023 个体在生命早期遭遇逆境可能会长远影响到个体的心理健康。对逆境青少年进行心理健康教育有助于促进其心理健康。本文研究逆境青少年心理健康教育的目标与教学内容。本文提出，逆境心理健康教育包括三个方面， 培养求助意识、增强自助能力和提高交往技能；在教学方法上，应该采用素质拓展、角色扮演与案例教学。此外，我们认为个案干预可以有效帮助有严重心理疾病的逆境青少年。本文的研究为逆境青少年心理健康教育内容制定、策略选择具有参考意义。
