Studies on the catalytic reaction of p-xylene and y-butyrolactone under fixed-bed catalytic condition(固定床催化条件下对二甲苯与γ-丁内酯反应的研究)

着重研究了固定床催化条件下对二甲苯与γ-丁内酯连续流动反应的催化活性和选择性.在对几类不同固体酸催化剂考评的基础上,选择H-Beta分子筛为催化剂并考察了反应温度、氮气流量、液体进样量、催化剂的焙烧温度等因素对反应的影响以及催化剂的再生稳定性和导致催化剂失活的主要因素.实验结果表明,H-Beta分子筛对此反应有较高的催化活性和选择性,与γ-丁内酯有关的副反应可能是导致催化剂失活的主要因素,但是失活后的催化剂可直接在固定床中通入空气灼烧反复活化再生,避免了以往液体酸催化中催化剂的一次性使用问题 ...
