采用共沉淀结合乙醇超临界干燥方法,制备了不同铈锆比的CexZr1-xO2复合氧化物,采用浸渍法制备了负载Pd的催化剂,通过XRD、N2吸脱附、H2-TPR和静态储氧量测试等表征技术,考察了它们的结构性质、还原性能和储放氧性能,并将其应用于柴油机尾气可溶性有机物(SOF)的催化氧化反应中.结果表明,该铈锆复合氧化物具有圆柱形管状介孔结构,孔径分布范围较宽,具有较大的比表面积,因而有利于对SOF的吸附;锆的添加使铈锆复合氧化物体相氧向表面迁移的能力增强,进而提高了载体及其负载Pd催化剂的储氧量 ...

采用离子交换法,将具有Keggin结构的磷钨酸、硅钨酸引入到Mg-Al、Mg-Al-Cu二元和三元的类水滑石(Hydrotalcite-like compounds,HTlcs)层间,成功制备了层有序度高,结晶度好的杂多酸阴离子水滑石,得到了通道高度达1.15 nm的大层间的催化材料,并用红外、XRD表征了材料的结构.测定了对NOx的吸附性能.

以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O和Zr(NO3)4·5H2O为原料,采用共沉淀法,合成了高比表面积的Ce-Zr-O复合氧化物.实验结果表明表面活性剂的添加量, 溶液的pH值及陈化时间等对比表面积的增加影响较大.当表面活性剂的添加量为70%, pH值为9.5, 陈化时间为120 h, 923 K焙烧2 h后, 样品的比表面积达到279.69 m2/g.FT-IR分析显示, 样品经923 K焙烧后,Ce-Zr-O上残留的活性剂已基本除去.

过渡金属(Mn、Fe、Ni、Zn、Co)修饰对铜铈催化剂的催化性能有明显的影响.Fe和Co的修饰对铜铈催化剂的CO氧化活性有较明显的促进作用,在110 ℃时,CO的转化率即达到99%;尤其Co的修饰增加了铜铈催化剂上CO转化率为99%的温度‘窗口’宽度约30 ℃,而Mn、Ni和Zn的修饰对铜铈催化剂的CO氧化活性则有一定的抑制作用.但不同过渡金属修饰对铜铈催化剂的氧化选择性均有明显的提高.

Effect of fuels on the nanosized ceria powder by combustion method(燃烧剂对燃烧法合成CeO2纳米粉体的影响)
通过燃料-硝酸盐低温燃烧法合成了纳米二氧化铈粉体.考察了新型燃烧剂甘油和甘露醇对二氧化铈纳米粉体的影响,通过TG-DTA对凝胶的分解特性进行了分析,并利用XRD、氮气吸脱附和SEM对粉体的性能进行了表征.结果表明:使用甘露醇制备的CeO2晶粒较小(10.1 nm),比表面积较大(87.1 m2 •g-1).
