双室床调试中应注意控制好树脂和 EPS惰性白球的高度,最佳再生剂量可通过测定再生废液中残余酸 (碱 )度确定。运行中应按设计要求选用水源 ;阴床再生应先预热,再用 40℃热碱液再生 ;定期对树脂擦洗和活化,防止树脂污染,对已污染的树脂及早复苏。

药剂法是一种有效的丝状菌污泥膨胀控制技术。采用药剂法可使污泥膨胀在短时间内得到控制,在污泥膨胀得到迅速控制及膨胀原因查明后,再通过采取调控微生物生长环境的措施,创造不利于丝状菌生长的环境,可避免膨胀再次发生。药剂法能迅速控制污泥膨胀对于污水厂的运行管理具有较大的实用价值。

离子交换树脂的绿色再生工艺

在直流电场作用下,利用水代替酸碱作为再生剂再生失效离子交换树脂的体外电再生工艺,使离子交换水处理变为一种绿色环保水处理技术。从混床树脂和复床树脂再生两个方面,分别简述树脂电再生的原理及7次试验研究结果。另外,从资源消耗、对环境的影响、经济效益和管理操作等方面,进行了树脂电再生法与化学再生法的对比评价,离子交换树脂绿色再生工艺将成为绿色化学中新的领域。

软化器的节水

软化器是工厂企业主要耗水设备之一,为了做好软化器的节水工作,建议采取下述几项措施。1 将软化器顺流再生改为逆流再生有许多工厂企业目前使用的仍是顺流运行顺流再生软化器。如果将现有的顺流再生软化器改为逆流再生,可以节约软化器再生时的耗水量。软化器改为逆流再生后,可以免去大反洗过程,而以加再生液代替反洗。由于逆流再生的再生剂利用率高,废液量小,浓度低,正洗时间缩短,再生耗水量比顺流再生时可降低50%。直径1米的软化器再生一次可节水30米3。加之由于逆流再生工作周期延长。再生次数减少,节水量相当可观。
