山茱萸总苷对坐骨神经损伤Balb/c小鼠神经传导速度及脊髓运动神经元内Gap-43表达的影响

目的探讨山茱萸总苷促进坐骨神经损伤再生及修复的临床效果及机制。方法 84只Balb/c小鼠随机分为山茱萸总苷高剂量组(320mg/kg/d),中剂量组(160mg/kg/d),低剂量组(80mg/kg/d)及生理盐水对照组,每组16只。各组分别于术后3天、5天、1周、2周、4周、8周时间点采用免疫组化法检测L4L6脊髓运动神经元内生长相关蛋白(Gap-43)表达;术后第4、8、12周行电生理检查测定神经传导速度(MCV)。结果高剂量组,中剂量组Gap-43表达明显多于低剂量和对照组 ...
