高气压下氮氧混合气体的工频击穿特性

文中通过工频击穿实验研究了不同电场均匀度、配比、气压下氮氧混合气体的工频绝缘特性。实验发现:板—板电极下,配比对氮氧混合气体的击穿电压影响较小,氮氧混合气体的击穿电压随充气压力的提高均呈增长趋势;棒—板电极下氮氧混合气体的击穿电压明显降低;针—板电极下氮氧混合气体的击穿电压在0.6~0.9 MPa出现“驼峰”效应,随着针—板电极间距增大,“驼峰”效应越发显著,较高气压下绝缘强度出现饱和。综合分析表明,在不同电场均匀度下,0.8 MPa时80%N2/20%O2与SF6在0.4 MPa时80%的绝缘强度相当。

TVS管在纳秒级强电磁脉冲下的冲击特性

针对防护器件暂态抑制二极管(TVS)在纳秒级强电磁脉冲作用下的特性响应问题。基于TVS管反向击穿理论,采用理论与实验相结合的方法,利用纳秒级强电磁脉冲发生器充当电磁脉冲源,选用1.5KE系列不同型号的TVS管在不同强度的电磁脉冲下进行实验。综合分析得出:随着不同型号器件直流击穿电压升高,器件残压的误差率由4%左右逐渐增加到16%;随着冲击电压的增加,TVS管动作时间逐渐减少,最终会在31 ns左右维持不变;TVS管在冲击电压一定的情况下,随着器件直流击穿电压的增加,TVS更易达到饱和状态 ...
