Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2015 目的分析呼吸道分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性之间的关系。方法采用K-B法测定鲍曼不动杆菌对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,用改良微量板法检测菌株生物被膜形成时间及能力。结果呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药形势严峻。53.93%的鲍曼不动杆菌可形成生物被膜,生物被膜形成阴性株对多数抗生素的耐药率高于生物被膜形成阳性株。结论呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性呈负相关。
