为了便于精确控制熔锥光纤的形状,基于理论与实验研究,首先建立了熔融拉锥过程中熔锥光纤的成形模型,分析了熔锥形成的基本原理,并分别对加热区域不变及线性变化两种情况下熔锥形状进行理论分析,确定了加热区域长度、拉锥距离与熔锥过渡区形状、锥腰长度及半径的关系,最后给出了一系列熔锥光纤的理论形状和实验得到的实际形状。实验结果表明,熔锥的实际测量值与理论值十分接近,相对误差<3.89%。

利用Ansys软件建立了高压开关设备用矩形槽O形密封圈模型,对该O形密封圈的变形和应力分布状况进行了数值模拟分析,研究了其工作时的受力、变形及密封效果。对该O形密封圈在不同压缩率、不同充气压力下的内应力及密封面接触应力分布进行了探讨,确定了仅考虑应力作用下O形密封圈材料容易失效的位置,并得出充气压力在1.6 MPa以下时O形密封圈没有被挤入上、下法兰间隙。
