酒泉市狐狸消化道蛔虫分子鉴定及cox1基因序列分析

为了确定从酒泉市某养殖场北极狐(Alopex lagopus)肠道分离蛔虫的种类,本次研究通过形态学和分子生物学方法对分离的虫株进行鉴定。在对6条分离于北极狐小肠蛔虫进行形态学鉴定的基础上,应用PCR技术对分离株的线粒体cox1基因部分序列进行扩增、测序与分析。形态学鉴定结果表明6条蛔虫与弓首蛔虫形态学特征基本一致;测序结果显示,6个虫株cox1基因序列大小为418 bp,其序列同源性为994%—1000%,与GenBank收录的狮弓蛔虫分离株同源性最高,为994%—997 ...

大鼠骨髓MSCs表面分子检测及诱导分化研究

高压开关设备用矩形槽O形密封圈密封结构的有限元分析

利用Ansys软件建立了高压开关设备用矩形槽O形密封圈模型,对该O形密封圈的变形和应力分布状况进行了数值模拟分析,研究了其工作时的受力、变形及密封效果。对该O形密封圈在不同压缩率、不同充气压力下的内应力及密封面接触应力分布进行了探讨,确定了仅考虑应力作用下O形密封圈材料容易失效的位置,并得出充气压力在1.6 MPa以下时O形密封圈没有被挤入上、下法兰间隙。
