目的探索最佳的小鼠睾丸支持细胞分离、培养及鉴定方案。研究神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)对小鼠睾丸支持细胞生理状态的影响。方法通过胶原酶、胰酶等处理分离一周龄小白鼠睾丸支持细胞,通过油红O染色对分离得到的细胞进行鉴定;用加入NGF的培养基和对照培养基分别体外培养小鼠睾丸支持细胞,探索NGF对小鼠睾丸支持细胞生长情况的影响。结果分离得到了较高纯度的小鼠睾丸支持细胞,培养48小时后NGF组的小鼠睾丸支持细胞生长情况明显优于对照组。结论 NGF对小鼠睾丸支持细胞生长有着重要的作用。
