层面外科理念改良腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结切除术治疗阴茎癌

目的探讨层面外科理念指导下改良腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结切除术（M-VEIL）减少阴茎癌患者术后并发症的可行性及效果。方法我们回顾性分析了2018年3月至2022年3月期间青岛大学附属医院收治的27例接受双侧腹腔镜下腹股沟淋巴结切除术的阴茎癌患者的临床资料。M-VEIL以筋膜层面为界限、解剖结构为导向，采用标准四步法操作实现腔室切除，并在分离股静脉内侧时将深组淋巴管丝线结扎后离断，清扫完成后用4-0可吸收线将皮肤与肌层进行内镜下加压缝合。结果术前查体以及相关辅助检查均提示双侧腹股沟淋巴结肿大，均无远处转移 ...

植物措施防护边坡的试验研究

通过6个不同坡度、土壤和植物措施配置的试验小区,探讨了暴雨和径流冲刷条件下模拟边坡的侵蚀沟发育特征和植被措施的防护边坡作用。结果表明:种植灌木的褐黄土和料浆石的黄土坡面细沟发育明显,形态变化复杂,而草地几乎郁闭的砂砾土坡面只在降雨末期产生少量细沟。植被的防护作用与土壤结构和容重有密切关系,因而亟需提出不同边坡的植物工程措施。
