藻胆蛋白荧光探针灵敏、安全、无污染，作为新一代荧光探针，用于荧光检测有着广泛的应用前景。本文以藻胆蛋白为荧光探针，建立了藻胆蛋白荧光免疫分析检测系统，根据近代模块化、仪器化、智能化的研究开发模式，进行了抗体生产、标记试剂制备、分析方法设计和分析信号检测四个环节的共性、关键性技术研究和优化，为普及型免疫诊断、多组分并行检测及蛋白质芯片的研究开发提供了重要参考，主要工作和结果如下：（1）采用杂交瘤细胞体内诱生法制备单克隆抗体（McAb),也进行了干藻提取藻胆蛋白工艺的探索，得到了符合免疫检测的主要材料。（2）
