四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 1993 4PU—30是Takahashi等最先合成的一种生长调节物质,它的化学名称为N-苯基-N′-(2-氯-4-吡啶基)脲,具有细胞分裂素的生理活性.本试验所用4PU—30,系四川大学化学系合成并提供。当前,常用的细胞分裂素生物鉴定方法分为4类:(1)促进细胞分裂,(2)延迟衰老,(3)促进细胞扩大,(4)诱导色素合成。本试验采用大豆愈伤组织生物鉴定法和萝卜叶圆片生物鉴定法,测定了4PU—30对细胞分裂和细胞扩大的效应,并和激动素的生理活性进行比较,为国内4PU—30的投产和应用提供参考。
