基于本组采用恒电流技术、直接在金属钨片上以电化学方法制备具有白钨矿结构的钡、锶、钙(包括其复合体系)钨酸盐(Ba1-x-ySrxCayWO4)薄膜的实验研究,分析了利用电化学方法制备功能薄膜中的成膜机制,讨论了晶态薄膜电化学制备过程中的电流密度、电解液酸度、沉积温度和溶液浓度等工艺条件对薄膜形成的影响.该研究结果对利用电化学方法制备相关薄膜也具有重要参考价值.

用模拟从头计算方法(SAMO)计算大分子——Ⅱ.王冠醚化合物的研究
本文用SAMO方法(The Simulated ab initio molecular orbital techni-que),对王冠醚化合物:12—Crown—4;12—ane—4;15—Crown—5;18—Crown—6 进行了量子化学研究。计算所得分子轨道能量与实验所得光电子能谱相符合,采用分子碎片模拟合成了冠醚分子的静电势场,较好的说明了王冠醚化合物的成键机理。

本研究提出了一种基于数字微流控芯片的18F-AlF-NOTA-奥曲肽合成新工艺。通过介质上电润湿(EWOD)技术,在微流控芯片上实现了多通道并行合成,有效解决了传统合成方法中的技术复杂、成本高、生产效率低,以及安全与环保等问题。在优化后的反应条件下(反应温度120 ℃、反应时间5 min、前体质量浓度0.2 mg/mL),最高放射化学产率达到了24.85%,且产品放化纯度大于99.0%。该方法显著降低了设备初始投入(下降50%~60%)和单次合成成本(下降71%~72%),还大幅缩短了合成时间至15 ...
