Dianci bileiqi, 2009 对热固性环氧树脂基复合材料的绝缘子承力杆件进行了分析,指出此种材质存在弹性模量低、耐热性差、易老化、力学性能的各相异性以及材料性能多呈分散性等缺点;尤其是存在水解现象。提出用高温硫化硅橡胶（HTV）作为基材,以缠绕方式和端部附件连接而成的芯体作为复合绝缘子受力杆件,直接承受拉力负荷。分析表明,将高温硫化硅橡胶为基材的复合绝缘子作承力杆件,可充分、有效地发挥玻璃纤维的承载能力,提高了各拉力等级的复合绝缘子承力杆件的可靠性、稳定性,克服了热固性环氧树脂基复合材料的缺点。
