Screening and degradation characteristics of a tetracycline-degrading bacterial strain
, 2018 四环素类抗生素在畜禽养殖业中的大量使用给生态环境带来了严重危害.从活性污泥中筛选到一株对四环素具有良好降解能力的高效降解菌株,命名为TTC-1.形态观察、革兰氏染色及16S rRNA序列分析表明该菌株为革兰氏阴性菌,并鉴定为克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae).采用单因素试验分别研究温度、初始pH、接种量、金属盐种类等因素对该菌株四环素降解效率的影响.基于单因素试验结果,通过响应面优化该菌的四环素降解条件,拟合得到二次多项回归模型,确定了降解四环素的最佳条件为温度34.4 ℃,pH ...

The toxicity of chlortetracycline to wheat root(金霉素对小麦根生长的毒性效应)
Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2015 四环素类抗生素因具有抗菌和促进畜禽动物生长的功效，被广泛应用于畜禽养殖业.由于畜禽对抗生素的吸收、代谢较少，30%~90%的抗生素都以本体药物的形式随畜禽粪便排出流入环境.以四环素类抗生素——金霉素为例，研究了金霉素对小麦根生长的毒性效应，建立了不同形态金霉素对小麦根系生长的毒性效应模型：，得到各形态金霉素对小麦根毒性强弱的排序：二价阴离子态>一价阴离子态>中性态>阳离子态，共存Ca2+对金霉素毒性的影响与Ca2+以及金霉素的浓度有关.
