污水中大环内酯类抗生素去除技术研究进展

大环内酯类抗生素(MA)是国内外水环境中高频检出的微量难降解有机污染物。在水环境中通常以ng/L或μg/L的质量浓度存在。其进入人体后会造成抗生素抗体的表达,影响人体健康,是再生水安全利用的重点关注目标污染物。综述了四种常见大环内酯类抗生素的理化性质、环境风险以及其在水环境中的浓度分布情况,并对现有的大环内酯类抗生素深度处理技术及机理进行了系统的总结,分析了相关技术的处理效果、存在不足和可能的发展方向。在此基础上,从新型吸附材料、廉价氧化剂和组合工艺这三个方面对MA去除技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望 ...

桉木木质素提取及环氧树脂的合成表征

利用木质素大分子与双酚A相似性,采用木质素替代双酚A制备环氧树脂可减少化石原料双酚A的使用。采用衣康酸助催化高温液态水耦合酶催化水解法提取人工林剩余物―桉木的木质素。电子扫描电镜SEM检测表明:木质素分子量颗粒分布均一,木质素含量97.6%,酚羟基含量1.48 mmol/g。利用木质素与双酚A结构相似,在碱催化下与环氧氯丙烷反应合成木质素基环氧树脂。傅立叶红外光谱检测表明,氢氧化钠催化下发生了化学反应,生成了环氧基,环氧值为0.36 mol/100g。热失重TGA分析显示:双酚A环氧树脂失重发生在314.

三重PCR方法对猪、鸡源细菌中四环素类药物耐药基因的检测

针对GenBank上已公开的四环素类耐药基因tetA、tetC、tetM序列进行比对分析,设计特异性扩增引物,建立三重PCR法快速检测方法.结果表明,单重PCR和三重PCR的符合率为100%.应用本检测方法和传统药敏试验方法(药敏纸片法)对412猪、鸡源细菌的四环素耐药基因和表型同时进行检测.PCR检测实验结果显示,在412株待检细菌中,tetA、tetC、tetM的检出率分别为47.57%,38.35%和34.95%.药敏实验结果表明,待测细菌对四环素的耐药率最高,为95%;对多西环素的耐药率次之 ...

NiSiO@NiAlFe对不同抗生素的吸附特性研究

采用水热法制备了负载NiAlFe层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)的硅酸镍空心球(NiSiO@NiAlFe),用于去除水中不同类型的抗生素。研究结果表明,pH为4~8时,NiSiO@NiAlFe对四环素(TC)和环丙沙星(CIP)的吸附效果较好,吸附过程更符合Freundlich模型。15℃下,NiSiO@NiAlFe对TC和CIP的最大吸附容量分别为35.7、35.3 mg/g。吸附热力学表明该吸附过程是自发吸热过程。NiSiO@NiAlFe对TC和CIP的吸附机理为静电引力和络合作用 ...
