D-氨基半乳糖大鼠肝炎发病早期肝脏和血浆cAMP动态变化的初步探讨

本实验观察了D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)致大鼠急性肝炎发病早期SGPT,血浆cAMP,以及肝组织cAMP值的动态变化。大剂量(即坏死剂量)D-GalN注射3小时后SGPT值直线上升;血浆cAMP值在注射后立即上升,半小时后有所下降,但6小时以后才回复至正常水平;肝组织cAMP值在注射后迅速降低,3小时达最低水平,以后有所回升,12小时回复至正常水平。小剂量(即非坏死剂量)D-GalN注射后相应时点除3小时血浆的cAMP值轻度升高外,其余指标未见显著异常。本文对肝脏及血浆cAMP改变的意义进行了初步探讨。

吐哈温米油田水质控制技术的研究与应用

在吐哈温米油田回注污水处理系统的运行过程中发现,处理后的回注污水水质不稳定,缺乏有效的控制手段。在吐哈油田回注污水系统流程中选取6 个取样点作为节点,分别对6 个节点进行取样监控,并对水源pH、总铁、含油量、溶解氧等指标进行节点控制。实践结果表明:采用水质节点控制技术后,系统能按方案运行且水质有大幅提高,较好地解决了吐哈温米油田水质不稳定的问题,该技术具有较高的推广价值。

生物电化学系统从废水中回收氨的研究进展

氨(NH3)是引起水生生物毒害的主要因素,又是工业生产肥料的重要原料,因此,从废水中回收氨成为了研究重点。相较于传统氨回收工艺,生物电化学系统(BES)在处理废水的同时可回收有用资源,降低了处理成本与能耗,从而受到广泛关注。首先,介绍了BES回收氨的机理,并对其回收性能进行了评价;其次,阐述了BES回收氨过程中影响回收效率的主要因素;最后,讨论了今后可能面临的挑战,以便扩大规模并应用于实践。

高分子絮凝剂在油田生化污水处理中的应用研究

渤海油田某终端处理厂的采出水经污水站处理后悬浮物、COD指标达不到回注要求,无法进行回注。合成3种高分子絮凝剂,在不同浓度下对该污水进行处理,并与市售同类产品进行对比。实验结果表明,CPAM的离子度对絮凝效果有较大影响,且高离子度的CPAM与PAC复配使用时对污水处理效果更佳。
