Gongye shui chuli, 2020 新疆风城超稠油油田采用反渗透工艺对采出水进行降盐处理，在生产低盐水过程中同时产生浓盐水，即RO浓水。针对RO浓水回注乌36稀油井区展开了实验研究。结果表明：RO浓水满足乌36井区注水指标，对储层的损害弱，是良好的注水水源。RO浓水几乎无硬度，稳定性好，与乌36地层水配伍性好，在注水生产过程中不会发生结垢问题。RO浓水水温较高，可降低原油黏度，有助于提高原油采收率。使用RO浓水代替清水回注，可减少废水排放量，节约清水资源。
