miRNA-124调控ERK/p38 MAPK-NLRP3通路对脓毒症心肌损伤的作用机制
目的探讨miRNA-124通过调控ERK/p38 MAPK-NLRP3炎性小体通路对脓毒症心肌损伤的作用。方法选取50只C57BL/6小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、miRNA-124敲除模型组、ERK抑制剂组和p38MAPK抑制剂组5组,每组10只。采用H&E染色评估心脏损伤,TUNEL法检测凋亡,ELISA测定炎症因子水平,Western blot分析相关蛋白表达。结果模型组出现明显的心肌细胞浸润、水肿和坏死,伴随凋亡增加及TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6等炎症因子升高,miRNA ...
