椎间盘组织中炎症因子水平、MMPs/TIMPs表达与腰椎间盘突出症的关系研究

目的探讨椎间盘组织中炎症因子水平、基质金属蛋白酶/金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(MMPs/TIMPs)表达与腰椎间盘突出症的关系,为腰椎间盘突出症的预防和治疗方案选择提供参考。方法选择2015年3月—2017年2月在我院行腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的56例腰椎间盘突出症患者为观察组,另选择同期我院收治的腰椎爆裂性骨折手术患者52例为对照组。两组患者均于术中获取腰椎组织,并检测炎症因子(IL-6、CRP、PCT、CNF-α)水平和MMPs/TIMPs表达(MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-8、MMP-9、TIMP-1、

摘 要:【目的】 探讨超声内镜(EUS) 结合血清基质金属蛋白酶 -7( MMP-7)和基质金属蛋白酶 -9( MMP-9)表达对胃癌术前分期的临床价值?【方法】 500例胃癌患者术前行胃镜和EUS检查并进行术前分期,同时运用ELISA法检测术前MMP-7和MMP-9血清水平,并与术后病理分期比较?【结果】 EUS对胃癌侵犯深度各期判断的敏感性(特异性)分别为:T193.7%(92.2%)?T2 67.8%(65.6%)?T3 78.4%(80.6%)?T4 91.5%(90.5%), 总准确率为80.
