原子核在俘获一个中子以后,形成复核并处于激发态,在很短的时间内发射出级联γ射线而退激。很多激发态的寿命的特征时间~10-13秒.这一特征时间与MeV能量复核的慢化时间在同一数量级内,因而复核的衰变就会影响复核的运动,即处于不同慢化阶段的运动复核其发射的γ射线的Doppler位移将不同.这就是复核γ谱的Doppler展宽.Doppler展宽的γ谱形与复核的衰变常数有关,因而复核γ谱实际上记录了激发态的衰变特性.利用这一事实便可从复核γ谱上获得复合核寿命的资料.然而目前这一方法只能对寿命的数量级进行估计 ...

肾病综合症(简称NS)是儿科泌尿系统中较常见的疾病,其发病占第二位.近40年来,糖皮质激素一直是治疗小儿肾病综合症首选药物,多数患儿需长期服药治疗,临床上复发者较多.经过对20例小儿肾病综合症长期治疗的家庭护理调查,认为复发的原因除单纯激素治疗因素外,还与患儿家庭治疗、生活管理及家长对该病知识的了解程度有密切关系.提示了加强患儿院外治疗护理是维持住院疗效,促进患儿早日康复,防止复发的重要措施。 1 调查资料 我们对1990年以来经住院治疗临床症状缓解而出院后继续院外巩固治疗的20名患儿进行了随访调查.
