超声造影在肝细胞癌热消融术后复发监测的研究进展

肝细胞癌是全球范围内发病率和死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤。热消融术因其微创、高效的特点被广泛应用于肝细胞癌的治疗。然而,热消融术后的高复发率严重影响患者的长期生存率。超声造影不仅能够实时评估消融效果,还可通过分析增强模式监测复发风险。与 CT/MRI 对比,CEUS 时间分辨率高、灵敏度优。同时,CEUS 提示肝癌热消融后复发有诸多征象,如动脉期强化特征、消融边缘、微血管侵犯等与复发相关。此外,多模态超声造影、融合成像以及三维超声造影等新技术的出现,进一步提升了影像诊断的精准性与治疗指导能力 ...

Ki-67在木村病患者中的表达和复发相关因素分析

【目的】 探讨增殖相关抗原Ki-67在木村病(KD)患者中的表达及其与复发相关因素的关系。 【方法】 用链酶素生物素-过氧化物酶(SP法)对40例经手术治疗病理证实为木村病的石蜡组织检测Ki-67的表达,评估其在复发和无复发患者中的表达情况。【结果】在40例患者中,男性37例,女性3例,年龄10 ~ 75岁,34例患者的主要肿块位于头颈部,其余7例主要肿块位于上腭或腹股沟区域,肿块最大直径为6.5 cm。Ki-67在木村病复发患者(11/40)淋巴结组织中(不包括生发中心)表达高于无复发的患者(P< 0.
