Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2016 目的从单克隆抗体水平研究同种异体肾移植受者多反应性抗体与HLA抗体的相关性,探讨多反应性抗体是否为HLA抗体尤其是非供体特异性抗体产生的原因之一。方法从肾移植患者外周血细胞及手术切除的移植肾组织中分离出B淋巴细胞,并于体外永生化培养获得单克隆B细胞,分别检测B细胞分泌的抗体对HLA抗原及凋亡细胞的反应性。结果共获得107个B细胞克隆,检测发现每个B细胞克隆在体外培养过程中均分泌抗体。其中有4个单克隆B细胞分泌的抗体可以与多种HLA抗原发生反应,而这些HLA抗原之间并非都有共用的抗原决定簇。进一步研究发现,
