Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的探讨FⅫ基因exon146C/T基因多态性与血栓形成的关联性。方法采用PCR-RFLP法鉴定了92例血栓性脑梗塞患者和87例静脉血栓患者及129例健康人的FⅫ基因exon146C/T基因型及C、T等位基因分布频率,采用多元Logistic非条件回归分析方法,进行多因素分析,解析FⅫ基因46C/T多态性与血栓性脑梗塞、静脉血栓形成的关联性。结果血栓性脑梗塞组和静脉血栓组的C等位基因分布频率均高于对照组,血栓性脑梗塞组的C/C基因型在血栓形成中的危险性是T/T基因型的14.533倍,具有统计学意义 ...

Wildlife Letters, Volume 4, Issue 3, Page 118-130, September 2026.Many nocturnal animals are difficult to study because they are rarely seen, including nocturnal primates, galagos and pottos, in West Africa. Working with over 600 people in 52 villages in southern Guinea‐Bissau, we found that communities frequently recognized galagos by their red eyeshine and distinctive calls, while pottos were not known.
