Two cues of change detection: Topological strucature or brightness contrast(拓扑结构与明度对比对变化觉察的影响)

采用变化觉察的实验范式,通过3个实验来探查拓扑差异与明度对比度差异对视知觉的影响.实验一通过操纵不同类型的客体变化,结果表明人们对客体的空间结构和拓扑结构的变化觉察成绩显著优于对客体形状的变化觉察.实验二通过操纵客体的不同明度变化,结果表明人们对明度变化大的差异更容易觉察.在分散注意条件下,实验三的成绩虽然普遍低于实验二,但两者的整体结果模式是一致的.最后,讨论了注意在变化觉察中的作用,以及拓扑差异与明度对比的关系,进而说明拓扑结构的复杂性.

液质联用方法用于多发性硬化的血浆蛋白质组标志物研究

目的通过血浆蛋白质组液质联用分析寻找多发性硬化疾病中差异表达蛋白,寻找多发性硬化早期诊断相关的血浆标志物。方法选取多发性硬化患者和健康对照人各9例,采用10标TMT标记技术进行血浆蛋白质组分析,筛选差异蛋白。结果液质联用血浆蛋白质组差异分析共鉴定到52个差异蛋白质,其中上调27个,下调25个。差异蛋白质功能分析显示,这些蛋白与免疫系统、补体系统、急性期反应信号等通路相关。结论在血浆蛋白质组中可以找到与多发性硬化相关的蛋白质,这些有可能成为其早期诊断的标志物 ...

Human‐caused leopard deaths in Sri Lanka averaged 9.65 ± 4.5 records year−1 over 17 years (2008–2024; n = 164), with records highly clustered in the central highland mosaic ecosystem. Mortality was dominated by adult males and driven primarily by snaring in plantation landscapes, and indicating an increase approximately 0.7–0.8 deaths per year.
