野生动物学报, 2020 以100只(50♂,50♀)成年笼养白冠长尾雉为研究对象,采用兽用全自动血液细胞分析仪和自动干式生化分析仪测定白冠长尾雉24项血液生理生化指标。结果表明:成年白冠长尾雉所测血液生理指标雌雄之间有差异,但差异不显著(P>0.05),成年白冠长尾雉雄性血液生化指标中血清总蛋白、球蛋白在数值上显著低于雌性(P0.05),说明白冠长尾雉血液生理生化指标具有相对稳定性,这一结果能为白冠长尾雉饲养管理、疾病诊断、监测机体健康状况等研究提供科学的理论依据。
