目的】分析多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台眶内植入后的并发症并探讨其原因。【方法】回顾眶内植入羟基磷灰石 义眼台320 例, 随诊6 月~ 4 年。【结果】320 例中发生并发症的有46 例(14.4 %), 其中义眼台暴露41 例(12.8%), 义眼台位置 异常2 例, 其它并发症包括义眼台慢性感染、结膜肉芽肿等。义眼台暴露的发生时间为术后7 d~ 6 月, 范围为2 ~ 15 mm 。【结 论】羟基磷灰石义眼台眶内植入最常见的并发症是义眼台暴露, 并发症的发生原因与多种因素有关, 包括术前眼病史、

糖尿病微血管并发症累及全身各个器官,导致糖尿病患者寿命下降和生活质量降低。血管新生是糖尿病微 血管并发症的基本病理特征,而血管新生抑制因子在血管新生平衡调控和糖尿病微血管并发症发生发展中起了重要作 用。本文就血管新生抑制因子与糖尿病微血管并发症的研究进展及治疗前景作一综述,包括血管新生抑制因子与糖尿病 各种微血管并发症(糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足、糖尿病勃起功能障碍和糖尿病肾病等)等的关系,最后概述了糖尿病微 血管并发症的临床治疗现状与内源性新生血管抑制因子在其中的应用前景。
