Zhongguo cuzhong zazhi卒中急性期患者常出现上肢运动功能障碍，此类功能障碍可显著影响其日常生活活动能力。传统的卒中急性期上肢功能康复多以外周干预为主，患者主动训练的时间不足。本文报道1例因急性大血管闭塞导致左侧肢体瘫痪的卒中患者，在经皮颅内动脉取栓术后早期，即接受了以基于运动想象的康复脑机接口为核心的主动康复训练。该患者于发病3 d后启动并完成9次床旁康复脑机接口训练，其上肢运动功能与日常生活活动能力均有改善。本文通过分析该患者接受康复脑机接口训练前后的功能变化，旨在为卒中急性期患者提供康复治疗方案的新思路 ...
