目的从分子水平探讨HLA-DQB*0301等位基因在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者不同妊娠结局中的表达差异。方法采用竞争性等位基因特异性PCR(KASP)对330例行IVF-ET手术的不孕症患者HLA-DQB*0301等位基因rs6928482、rs1056315以及HLA-A*3101rs1061235单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms,SNP)进行了分析,其中妊娠成功组120例,妊娠失败组210例。结果 rs1056315基因型分布不符合Hardy

单纯口服地屈孕酮在自然周期冻融胚胎移植中的临床疗效 [PDF]

动态观察阴道超声对异位妊娠早期诊断的前瞻性研究
