基于ELM与MOGWO的真空灭弧室结构优化设计

灭弧室作为真空断路器的核心,其电场分布与内部结构设计紧密相关。文中首先研究均压屏蔽罩、悬浮屏蔽罩结构、屏蔽罩与触头的间距以及触头形状变化对灭弧室电场分布的影响,发现场强在悬浮屏蔽罩端部、触头端部及悬浮屏蔽罩与触头之间的区域出现集中现象。为进一步改善灭弧室电场分布情况,文中提出了一种基于极限学习机(ELM)与灰狼算法(MOGWO)相结合的方法对灭弧室重要结构参数进行优化设计,建立了以悬浮屏蔽罩的斜坡上方长度L1、端部卷边半径R、卷边角度θ、屏蔽罩与触头表面距离L2和触头端部曲率半径r为输入,电场强度最大值、
