基于改进遗传算法的蓄电池容量配置及充放电策略研究

蓄电池作为储能装置,是确保微网稳定经济运行的重要组成部分,为了研究它对微网经济效益的影响,建立了基于微网经济性最优的蓄电池容量配置模型。针对某企业内热电联产型微网系统,构建了孤网和并网下以综合运行成本最低为目标函数的微网经济优化调度模型,在孤网下提出了一种定量分析方法配置蓄电池所需最小容量,通过模型求解确定实现微网总成本最低所需配置的蓄电池容量。在实时电价背景下,采用改进遗传算法优化各时刻蓄电池出力及向外网的购售电量,制定了蓄电池最优充放电策略,仿真结果验证了所提模型、策略的有效性和算法的适用性。

微网故障检测与保护的研究是配电网领域的热点问题。文中首先分析了微网保护面临的主要问题,然后提出了一种新的对含有逆变器分布式电源的微网内部故障的保护方法:实时计算分布式电源等效工频阻抗幅值的变化情况来识别微网内部线路故障;利用不平衡电流来识别微网内部负荷故障;最后基于PSACD/EMTDC搭建的仿真模型验证了新方法的正确性。

考虑系统多运行方式的微电网逆变控制器参数优化方法

微电网中光伏发电出力及负荷波动具有的随机性会造成微电网运行方式的动态变化,为在微电网逆变控制器设计中计及这种动态变化,文中提出了一种基于动态概率特征根分析的微电网逆变控制器参数优化方法。这种方法以特征根的动态概率分布特性为微电网的稳定性评价指标,将微电网中逆变控制器参数的整体优化表示为带不等式约束的非线性优化问题,并利用微分进化算法对该问题进行求解。该方法能够全面准确地计及微电网运行方式多样性对系统稳定性的影响,得到的最优控制参数对系统运行方式的变化具有良好的鲁棒性,仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

微网电能质量特征及其监测分析

文中综述了微网特点及其控制策略,分析了微网不同运行模式下电能质量的基本特征及其电能质量监测应关注的主要议题。分析表明:微网不仅需要关注稳态、暂态电能质量问题,也需要关注瞬态电能质量议题;微网电能质量测量不仅要关注基于电能质量国标限值的干扰测量,还要关注基于设备危害的电能质量测试数据并采用合理的评估方法。在该基础上,文中概括了目前微网电能质量控制的争议所在,突出表现在当大电网电能质量不满足要求时,微网是否需要主动转入孤岛运行模式。
