连续性与间歇性降雨下土壤结皮与入渗的关系模拟

[目的] 为探究连续性和间歇性降雨条件下土壤结皮与入渗性能间的变化关系。[方法] 选取3种典型耕作层黄土,通过室内模拟降雨试验,分析不同降雨条件下土壤结皮强度和黏结力与入渗性能的关系。[结果] (1)入渗性能随连续性降雨历时及间歇性降雨场次的增加而减小;同等降雨历时和降雨强度下,间歇性降雨的减渗效应高于连续性降雨。(2)土壤结皮强度和黏结力随连续性降雨历时和间歇性降雨场次的增加而增加;褐土和黑垆土的入渗性能与结皮强度和黏结力呈显著线性相关(p<0.05),连续性降雨历时越长、间歇性降雨场次的越多 ...

PVDF/HTLcs超滤膜的制备及性能研究

用氧化镁脱硫废渣制备了类水滑石(HTLcs),将其与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)共混,采用相转换法制备HTLcs杂化PVDF超滤膜。考察了HTLcs对PVDF杂化膜表面形态、晶体结构、力学性能、热稳定性、渗透性能及抗污性能的影响。结果表明,杂化膜显示了更好的亲水性能和抗污性能,有较高的纯水通量和截留率,HTLcs的添加量为3%时,杂化膜得到最大的纯水通量243.67 L/(m2·h),且具有较好的抗污性能,其恢复率最高达97.3%。

高压断路器喷口材料的试验研究

在分析高压SF6 断路器开断大电流时 ,电弧对喷口烧蚀机理的基础上 ,进行了喷口材料改性试验研究。得出聚四氟乙烯中加入MoS2 ,BN ,光致蓄光材料 (PL) ,复合聚四氟乙烯的介电性能、光学性能、耐电弧烧蚀性能和线膨胀系数的变化规律。研究结果为提高喷口的耐电弧烧蚀性能、改善喷口材料的介电性能和工艺性提供了理论依据。

C、Si单掺杂对CuCr基触头材料性能影响的第一性原理计算

电触头作为断路器核心元件,需具备优良的导电性、力学性能及抗熔焊性。CuCr合金因高强高导被广泛应用,但高温下存在脆性提升等缺陷。本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,研究3%原子分数的C、Si单掺杂对CuCr基合金性能的影响。通过构建不同Cr浓度的CuCrX(X=C、Si)置换固溶体模型,利用CASTEP软件分析合金晶格参数、热力学稳定性、弹性常数及电子结构等。结果表明:C掺杂显著影响晶格常数,随Cr浓度升高晶格畸变加剧,且显著提升热力学稳定性,但降低弹性模量、增强脆性,其弹性变化利于提升抗熔焊性能;
