本发明提供了一种提高Y基烧结磁体磁性能的方法。该方法将包含Pr或-和Nd元素的待扩散合金粉末与有机溶剂均匀混合,得到待扩散合金液;将待扩散合金液附着在Y基烧结磁体表面,然后置于真空烧结炉中进行晶界扩散热处理,使Pr或-和Nd元素扩散进入Y基烧结磁体的主相晶粒表层,最后进行回火处理,增强了主相晶粒表层处的磁晶各向异性场,阻止反磁化过程中晶粒表层处的反转形核,提高了Y基烧结磁体的剩磁、最大磁能积以及矫顽力等磁性能 ...

测试了添加两种不同粘度增塑剂对坯料泥浆性能、吸湿性能及其它性能的影响,结果表明,在相对湿度较低的条件下,高粘度增塑剂(干料0.8%的含量)的加入对坯料的吸湿性能有影响;在相对湿度较高的条件下,高、低粘度增塑剂(干料0.8%的含量)的加入对坯料的吸湿性能均有影响,且高粘度增塑剂的影响较明显。两种增塑剂对坯料其它性能的影响基本相同。建议增塑剂的加入量应结合坯料中粘土的可塑性能而定,当坯料中粘土的可塑性能满足生产工艺条件时,可以适当减少增塑剂的加入量。
