应用云重心评判理论的并网风电机组性能分析

针对并网风力发电机组性能分析评估中存在大量定性指标、各指标模糊性和随机性并存的问题,提出了基于云重心评判法的并网风电机组性能分析评估模型。首先从技术参数、整体功能、系统可靠性及机组维修性4个层面分析并构建了风电机组性能分析综合评价指标体系。然后将各指标值转化为云模型并确定各个指标的权重值。最后计算出修正的加权偏离度,将其输入定性评判云发生器得到风电机组性能评估结果。运用所提方法对某型风力发电机组性能进行分析,并与模糊综合评判法进行比较,验证了该模型的优越性和有效性。

一种监控城域以太网性能的方法

为了更方便地监控城域以太网的性能参数,文章提出一种结合ITU-T Y.1731标准的UDAPM(用户可定义的自动性能监测)方法。介绍了性能参数测试原理,阐明了UDAPM模块具体监控性能参数的实现原理,并分析了具体的UDAPM模块设计方案。试验结果表明,用户可以设置最小时间间隔和相关参数阈值,并能显示历史监控情况和实时监控情况,具备可行性。通过在几项性能指标上对比ITU-T Y.1731协议,证实了该模块的优越性。

连续性与间歇性降雨下土壤结皮与入渗的关系模拟

[目的] 为探究连续性和间歇性降雨条件下土壤结皮与入渗性能间的变化关系。[方法] 选取3种典型耕作层黄土,通过室内模拟降雨试验,分析不同降雨条件下土壤结皮强度和黏结力与入渗性能的关系。[结果] (1)入渗性能随连续性降雨历时及间歇性降雨场次的增加而减小;同等降雨历时和降雨强度下,间歇性降雨的减渗效应高于连续性降雨。(2)土壤结皮强度和黏结力随连续性降雨历时和间歇性降雨场次的增加而增加;褐土和黑垆土的入渗性能与结皮强度和黏结力呈显著线性相关(p<0.05),连续性降雨历时越长、间歇性降雨场次的越多 ...
