临床上,腰椎椎间隙感染分为特异性腰椎椎间隙感染和非特异性腰椎椎间隙感染。特异性腰椎椎间隙感染包括结核性腰椎椎间隙感染、布氏杆菌性腰椎椎间隙感染、真菌及肉芽肿性腰椎椎间隙感染等。非特异性腰椎感染是指一般化脓性腰椎椎间隙感染。临床上一般以特异性腰椎椎间隙感染中的结核性腰椎椎间隙感染多见,而肺炎克雷伯菌导致的腰椎椎间隙感染罕见。我院目前收治1例肺炎克雷伯菌性腰椎椎间隙感染患者,报道如下。
