目的:探讨几种肝病患者外周血可溶性白细胞介素 2 受体 ( sIL-2R) 水平状态及其临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心 ELISA 法检测慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化和原发性肝癌患者 (共 70 例)与健康人 ( 22 例)的外周血 sIL-2R 水平, 并比较原发性肝癌 ( 15 例)手术前后 sIL-2R 水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比, 慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化和原发性肝癌患者的 sIL-2R 水平明显增高;肝癌术后 sIL-2R 水平明显下降;sIL-2R 水平与肝癌临床分期相关。结论 ...
