血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白在慢性支气管炎急性发作期的检测意义分析
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2015 慢性支气管炎是常见慢性呼吸系统疾病,病情呈现慢性进展,可反复发作,在其病程中可并发阻塞性肺气肿、肺动脉高压等,此类患者在感染等诱发因素作用下可发生急性发作,导致临床症状在短时间内加重,严重影响到患者生存质量。C反应蛋白和血清降钙素原均在机体发生感染时水平升高[1-3]。本文选择我院慢性支气管炎急性发作患者,观察C反应蛋白和血清降钙素原在此类患者体内内的水平改变情况,并分析其临床检测意义。现报告如下。
