目的探讨重组pUPO-Δγ134.5-CGRP扩增子对免疫系统的作用。方法用重组扩增子感染BALB/C小鼠,分离血清及淋巴细胞,流式细胞仪法、免疫组化法、LDH法、分别检测外周血CD4、CD8分类、TCR、NK细胞、CTL细胞以及LAK细胞活性杀伤活性。结果重组扩增子明显增强了机体的免疫力。结论该重组扩增子具有增强机体免疫力的作用。
