间接免疫荧光法检测AchR抗体、MuSK抗体和LRP4抗体在重症肌无力诊断中的价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 目的探究与酶联免疫吸附法相比,间接免疫荧光法检测血清AchR抗体、MuSK抗体和LRP4抗体在重症肌无力诊断中的价值。方法本研究招募104例重症肌无力(MG)患者,随机分为两组,分别使用ELISA和间接免疫荧光法检测受试者的血清AchR抗体、MuSK抗体和LRP4抗体水平,分析两种检测方法的阳性检出率、特异性和敏感性,并使用ROC曲线分析间接免疫荧光法用于检测MG的诊断价值。结果ROC分析结果显示IIF法优于ELISA法,IIF法抗体联合诊断MG的曲线下面积为0.938,95%可信区间为0.899-0 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的调查活动性结核病和稳定期结核病抗体特征。方法采用ELISA或免疫层析技术,检测活动性肺结核、稳定期肺结核和健康人组血清中抗BCG-PPD、抗结核菌胞内蛋白（IP）、胞壁蛋白（CWP）、分泌蛋白（SP）3、8 kD蛋白和LAM抗原的抗体。结果抗38 kD蛋白抗体、抗LAM抗体与结核活动性密切相关。抗CWP抗体阳性患者化疗效果好。结论抗LAM和抗38 kD蛋白抗体为活动性结核病特征性抗体,CWP组分中含有保护性抗原。
