血清RF、抗CCP抗体和抗MCV抗体水平对早期类风湿关节炎的诊断价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2015 目的探讨抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白(MCV)抗体对早期类风湿关节炎(RA)的诊断价值。方法选择2012年5月-2014年4月我院收治的早期RA患者50例为早期RA组,选择同期于我院就诊的非RA患者30例为非RA组,另选择同期于我院健康查体者30例作为对照组。检测所有受试者血清类风湿性因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体和抗MCV抗体水平,对比分析三种检测指标诊断早期RA的敏感性和特异性,分析三者的相关性。结果早期RA组和非RA组血清RF、抗CCP抗体、抗MCV抗体水平均显著高于对照组,早期RA组血清RF、
