Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的调查活动性结核病和稳定期结核病抗体特征。方法采用ELISA或免疫层析技术,检测活动性肺结核、稳定期肺结核和健康人组血清中抗BCG-PPD、抗结核菌胞内蛋白（IP）、胞壁蛋白（CWP）、分泌蛋白（SP）3、8 kD蛋白和LAM抗原的抗体。结果抗38 kD蛋白抗体、抗LAM抗体与结核活动性密切相关。抗CWP抗体阳性患者化疗效果好。结论抗LAM和抗38 kD蛋白抗体为活动性结核病特征性抗体,CWP组分中含有保护性抗原。

系统性红斑狼疮患者血清维生素D水平与维生素D抗体及自身抗体关系的研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2016 目的观察系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清25羟基维生素D3（25-OH-D3）水平与疾病活动度的相关性,研究其与维生素D抗体（VD-Ab）及自身抗体的关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法收集资料完整的90例SLE患者及60例健康志愿者的血清标本。应用化学发光法测定血清25-OH-D3水平,酶联免疫（ELISA）法测定血清VD-Ab水平,免疫斑点法测定自身抗体。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据分析。结果病例组血清25-OH-D3水平为10.29±5.74ng/ml,对照组血清25-OH-D3水平为13.72±5.
