西藏高原护士工作倦怠感的初步研究

为了比较不同海拔地区护士在职业生活中面对压力时心身困扰的程度,为矫治和预防高原地区护士工作倦怠感、进行压力管理咨询提供必要性依据和实践指导,对不同海拔地区三所医院的355例临床科护士采用经李超平等调整后的马氏倦怠感通用量表进行调查。结果发现,西藏高原护士确有较大比例的被试经历不同程度和层次的工作倦怠,1.67%的被试经历过严重的倦怠。在情绪衰竭方面,西藏高原地区护士明显高于低海拔护士; 在成就感低落方面,西藏高原地区护士明显低于低海拔护士。针对西藏高原环境容易引起护士的工作倦怠感的问题 ...
