Huli yanjiu, 1992 我院于1984年起开展责任制护理,目前已达到70％的病房开展全面责任制护理,为了使责任制护理逐渐完善,我们坚持对开展责任制护理病房及责任护士进行定期考核评比。 1、建立考评小组 责任制护理的考核,主要是检查病房管理是否做到规范化,责任护士是不是有岗有职,护理计划能否按时按质地完成,各种护理措施能否落实。护理部成立了责任制护理研讨小组;由护理部副主任、科护士长、护士长代表组成。责任制护理病房由护士长、主管护师或护师、责任护士、总住院医师组成。

Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： （免费在线浏览）摘要：［目的］探讨精神科轮班护士的心身健康状况及影响因素。［方法］采用康奈尔医学指数问卷（CMI）对108名精神科轮班护士及日班护士进行调查。［结果］精神科轮班护士CMI中皮肤、神经系统、生殖系统及疲劳感4项得分均高于日班护士(P<0.05)；不同护龄的护士心身健康状况存在统计学意义。［结论］精神科轮班护士的心身健康状况较差，需要进行必要的心理干预。
