A survey of demands for continuing education of nursing staffs in prefecture-level hospitals
Huli yanjiu, 2004 [目的 ]为了解地市级医院护理人员对继续教育的需求。 [方法 ]采用问卷法对地市级 16所医院 3 88名护理人员进行调查。[结果 ] 3 1%的护理人员因工作忙、无学习机会未能完成继续教育学分 ;60 %以上护理人员希望通过短期培训或学习班的形式获得继续教育学分。 [结论 ]护理人员学习机会少 ,应增加学习途径 ,注重学习效果 ,以达到继续教育的最终目的。

Huli yanjiu, 1992 实行卫生专业技术职称聘任制以后,我院护理队伍职称结构发生了很大变化,在全院224名护理人员中,主管护师由原来的4人上升到42人,约占19％,护师由原来的19人上升到49人,约占21％,一些长期从事临床护理工作的护理人员,得到相应的职称待遇,体现了党和政府对护理工作的重视和关怀。但如何安排她们的工作,更好地发挥护理专业技术人员作用,合理使用人才是摆在我们面前十分重要的问题。
