Huli yanjiu, 1992 实行卫生专业技术职称聘任制以后,我院护理队伍职称结构发生了很大变化,在全院224名护理人员中,主管护师由原来的4人上升到42人,约占19％,护师由原来的19人上升到49人,约占21％,一些长期从事临床护理工作的护理人员,得到相应的职称待遇,体现了党和政府对护理工作的重视和关怀。但如何安排她们的工作,更好地发挥护理专业技术人员作用,合理使用人才是摆在我们面前十分重要的问题。

Psychologic status of medical and nursing staffs in opened mental department and its countermeasures
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]了解开放式心理科医护人员的心理健康状况,并就现存和潜在的心理健康问题,提出相关的对策。[方法]应用自测健康评定量表对37名在开放式心理科工作的医护人员进行心理健康评分,以了解医护人员的心理状况。[结果]医生与护士正向情绪、心理症状与负向情绪、认知功能各因素的评分比较有统计学意义。[结论]护理人员应自觉维护自身的心理健康,在护理工作中发挥更大的作用。

Huli yanjiu, 1993 我院消化科病房自1988年以来,实行并逐步完善责任制护理,在此过程中,朝着护理人员职级对应的方向发展,即按职称、学历和年资的不同层次分级使用和培养护理人员,使所担负的职责、任务与相应的级别相互对应,或可称为按级上岗.经实践证明,责任制护理分工方式有利于实现护理人员职级对应,职级对应是保证和提高责任制护理质量,调动护理人员积极性,提高病房管理水平的重要措施.
