Psychologic status of medical and nursing staffs in opened mental department and its countermeasures
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]了解开放式心理科医护人员的心理健康状况,并就现存和潜在的心理健康问题,提出相关的对策。[方法]应用自测健康评定量表对37名在开放式心理科工作的医护人员进行心理健康评分,以了解医护人员的心理状况。[结果]医生与护士正向情绪、心理症状与负向情绪、认知功能各因素的评分比较有统计学意义。[结论]护理人员应自觉维护自身的心理健康,在护理工作中发挥更大的作用。

, 2017 目的探讨精神科医护人员职业倦态与家庭工作增益及职业认同的关系。方法对269名精神科医护人员采用工作家庭平衡问卷、职业认同问卷和职业倦怠问卷进行调查。结果精神科医护人员职业倦怠总分(3.36±0.89)分,家庭工作增益得分(3.71±0.76)分;精神科医护人员家庭工作增益、职业认同与职业倦怠呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);职业认同在家庭工作增益和职业倦怠的关系中起部分调节作用。结论精神科医护人员家庭工作增益处于较积极水平 ...

Huli yanjiu, 1993 我院消化科病房自1988年以来,实行并逐步完善责任制护理,在此过程中,朝着护理人员职级对应的方向发展,即按职称、学历和年资的不同层次分级使用和培养护理人员,使所担负的职责、任务与相应的级别相互对应,或可称为按级上岗.经实践证明,责任制护理分工方式有利于实现护理人员职级对应,职级对应是保证和提高责任制护理质量,调动护理人员积极性,提高病房管理水平的重要措施.
