临床医学与护理目的：探究老年冠心病患者护理干预中加强心理护理与健康教育的临床意义。方法：选取我院收治的80例老年冠心病患者（对照组40例实施常规护理，观察组40例加强实施心理护理与健康教育），比较两组的具体疗效、不良情绪状态、治疗依从性、生活质量评分。结果：观察组的具体疗效、治疗依从性更好，焦虑和抑郁状态评分更低，生活质量评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论：在针对老年冠心病患者的护理干预中，着重强化心理护理与健康教育举措，能够显著促进患者的心理健康状态，增强其面对疾病的积极心态，促使患者更加主动地配合治疗计划 ...
