不同形态钇元素掺杂对氧化锌电阻片的影响

探究了Y(NO3)3掺杂对ZnO基压敏电阻微观结构及综合电气性能的具体影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电流-电压测试仪对其进行了微观结构的表征和电学性能的测试。实验结果显示,随着Y(NO3)3掺杂量的逐步增加,ZnO基压敏电阻的电位梯度不断升高,非线性系数逐渐升高,漏电流则越来越小,压比呈现出先降低后升高趋势。当Y(NO3)3的掺杂量0.0015mol%时,晶粒尺寸为7.88μm,电位梯度为253V/mm,残压比为1.617,非线性系数为40 ...
