野生动物学报, 2017 为掌握和分析亚洲象血常规指标,保护亚洲象提供基础数据,我们对亚洲象血常规进行了测定和分析。空腹采集亚洲象血液21份(雄性13头,雌性8头),用XS-800i血液分析仪测定血常规数据,获悉的数据经统计学分析,比较雄性和雌性的数据差异。经血液分析仪测定的血常规数据,通过相关性分析,数据中红细胞平均体积、平均血小板体积、大血小板比率雌雄亚洲象有显著性差异(P0.05)。
